4-Be patient and understanding. People will likely be willing to help you, but it may take some time and effort to communicate effectively.

5-seek out English speakers or places where English is widely spoken

6-Find hotels or restaurants that have English-speaking staff

7-Carry a notepad and pen to write down important phrases or information.
